Privacy Policy

LotRevive processes account details, dealership inventory data, CRM lead data you choose to upload, outreach activity, replies and sales outcomes you record, usage information, and payment identifiers. Payment card information is processed by Stripe and is not stored by LotRevive.

We use information to provide inventory prioritization, lead-to-inventory matching, recovery sequences, reply classification, appointment and revenue attribution, service operation, abuse prevention, and support. Dealers are responsible for having a lawful basis to upload and contact their leads.

Depending on configuration, the service may use Railway for hosting, Stripe for billing, Resend for email, and OpenAI for optional AI-assisted drafting and classification.
