01How it works

How LotRevive turns aging inventory into sales opportunities.

LotRevive connects the inventory you need to move with buyers already sitting in your CRM.

The product demo is the real workspace with nothing imported. No account needed.

The recovery workflow

Select a stage

LotRevive does

Lists available units 45+ days in stock, or with a qualified buyer, in Revenue Radar, ranked by days in stock and buyer fit.

Your team does

Uploads the inventory CSV and picks the units worth working first.

02Recovery flow

One unit. One recovery workflow.

Follow a single aging unit from the day it is flagged to the day it sells. The panels are LotRevive’s own screens with no data in them; example rows are marked.

Step 01Find

Identify inventory that needs attention

LotRevive surfaces aging units from your inventory data and helps you decide what to work first.

  • Upload your inventory as a CSV, up to 10,000 rows at a time. Each row needs a make or a model.
  • Revenue Radar lists available units 45+ days in stock, or with a qualified buyer.
  • Ranked by days in stock and buyer fit. Days in stock is as of your latest import.

Step 02Match

Find buyers already in your CRM

LotRevive compares the unit against previous shoppers in your CRM and surfaces the leads that fit it.

  • Scored 0–100 on brand, category, model, budget against price, and a last contact between 30 days and 2 years ago.
  • Kept at 45+. Qualified at 60, hot at 80. Your own sold history adds a small boost for the same make or category.
  • Runs after an import, when you refresh Revenue Radar, and for each new inbound lead.

Step 03Prioritize

Focus on the strongest opportunities

Matches are ranked so your team works the most relevant buyers first.

  • Vehicle fit carries most of the score: brand, category and model words.
  • Budget and last contact move a buyer up or down.
  • Interest comes from replies your team records. Filter to interested buyers to work them first.

Step 04Engage

Prepare structured follow-up

LotRevive drafts the recovery emails and lays out the sequence. A person approves every email before it goes out.

  • 3 emails per matched buyer: step 2 three days after step 1 is sent, step 3 four days after step 2.
  • Drafted from LotRevive’s templates, or by AI when AI drafting is switched on. Edit anything.
  • Approved one at a time, with a consent check. Nothing is ever sent on its own.

Waiting for approval. LotRevive never sends this email until a person approves it.Approved. In LotRevive it sends now, from LotRevive, with replies going to your dealership. Step 2 is due 3 days later and waits for approval too.Skipped. Nothing is sent: the step keeps waiting, or you stop the sequence.

Tick the consent box to approve. Nothing on this page sends anything.

Step 05Respond

Surface interested buyers

When a reply is recorded in LotRevive, interested buyers are flagged and ready to hand to the sales team.

  • Your team records the reply. Buyers reply to your dealership’s inbox; LotRevive doesn’t read it.
  • Classified as Interested, Replied or Not interested, by keywords and by AI when it is on.
  • Follow-up reacts: a reply pauses the sequence; “not interested” stops it.

Step 06Handoff

Move the buyer to your sales team

Assign the opportunity to a salesperson and track the appointment.

  • Assign a salesperson by name.
  • Book the appointment with a date and time. That buyer’s follow-up pauses.
  • Track it on the Appointments screen as upcoming, today or past.

Step 07Measure

Track what actually sold

Record sold units and attribute the revenue back to the opportunity that produced it.

  • Mark sold from the match and enter the sale value, before fees.
  • Recovered revenue adds up attributed sales only. It reads $0 until something is marked sold.
  • Your team’s record: LotRevive attributes what you mark sold; it doesn’t check sales against your DMS.

03Operating model

What changes on the lot.

Same inventory. Same CRM. A different way of working the units that sit.

Without LotRevive

  1. Aging unit sits
  2. Old lead stays buried
  3. Salesperson forgets follow-up
  4. No clear attribution

With LotRevive

  1. Aging unit is surfaced
  2. Relevant CRM leads are matched
  3. Follow-up is structured
  4. Sales team gets the opportunity
  5. Outcome is tracked

What this does

A working queue of the units that need attention: available units 45+ days in stock, or with a qualified buyer.

What the dealership does

Uploads inventory, refreshes the radar and decides which units to work.

What LotRevive does

Ranks the queue by days in stock and buyer fit and marks each unit Critical, High, Watch or Monitor.

05Scope

What LotRevive is not.

  • Not a CRM replacement

Keep your CRM. LotRevive works from your CRM exports to recover buyers you already have.

  • Not an ad agency

No campaigns, no ad spend, no media buying. It works the leads you already paid for.

  • Not another lead source

It doesn’t sell or generate leads. It finds the buyers already in your CRM.

  • Not automatic spam outreach

A person reads and approves every email before it is sent, one at a time.

LotRevive is the recovery layer between the inventory you already own and the buyers you already paid to acquire.

06Data and connections

How data moves through LotRevive.

You connect or import the data. LotRevive does the matching. Your team approves, sells and records the outcome.

Connect or import

Recovery

How it gets there

Export inventory from your DMS and upload the CSV, up to 10,000 rows at a time. Each row needs a make or a model; re-importing updates units you already have.

Manual import

What happens

Units, prices and days in stock feed Revenue Radar. Days in stock is as of your latest import.

Connected apps in Settings (HubSpot, Gmail, Google Ads, Meta Ads) connect accounts only. They don’t import or sync data today.
